Rental Rates: $2,200.00 per week from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off season rates, $1,500.00 per week, or $550.00 per weekend. All rental rates subject to Mi. sales tax ( note, weekends only offered during the off season)
The rent is due and must be delivered to Owner no later than 2 weeks prior to the lease term. Payments must either be in cash or by check payable to Casey Patterson and/or Julie Patterson.
A refundable booking/security/cleaning deposit of $500.00 which shall reserve Tenant’s reservation and which shall be paid at the time of booking. If Tenant fully complies with all terms of the Lease Agreement, Owner shall return the deposit at the end of the lease term.
Rental weeks run from Saturday, 2:00 pm to the following Saturday at 10:00 am.
Weekends run from Friday noon, to Sunday noon.
